  大きなディールなだけに様々な憶測が出ています。英語の報道でも「本格的な精査」が「closer look」、「serious scrutiny」、「closely investiigated」など様々な表現が出ています。ただ、ホワイトハウスのプレスの原文は以下にあります。これを見る限り「日米同盟の現代化」の文脈に位置付けられると思います。日本から米国へのパトリオットミサイルの輸出と同じかと思います。文字数の関係で一部抜粋しています。
