  調整後EBITDAは、会計基準で定められた指標ではなく、ある程度各社の裁量による調整が有り得るので、解釈には注意が必要かと思います。特にインパクトが大きいのは、SBC(Stock-based compensation)で、株式で支払う報酬を費用に含めない点については、賛否両論あります。Lyftの開示資料にも以下の通り記載あり、SBCを含めれば引き続き赤字であることが分かります。ただし、調整後EBITDAを時系列で比較した時に、改善していることは良いニュースであるという解釈は出来ます。
