  Lots of TALK re diversity and ESG in Japan....very little real corporate action. Showa Women's Univ. and BDTI will offer this training course with a section on diversity, https://bdti.or.jp/swu-bdti-programs/ , and we need 4 more applicants to run it.
  
  Investors, PLEASE ASK your portfolio companies to just send ONE woman each! Women, please ask to be sent !!
  
  Just one woman from each company, is all we need for now.
  
  At present... only about 6% of all directors at Japanese listed companies are women.
