In a similar vain, I was thinking about life.
What if my audience heard me say, “Life is adjourning?”
What does that even mean? Coming to a close? Why would I say something so gloomy?
Well, what I intended to say was, “Life is a journey!” When said quickly or when selective hearing hears one thing, it’s easy to get off in the wrong trajectory. Within minutes on high speed roads, you could be several miles down the road in the wrong direction. Without teleportation, you have to circle back to get on the correct path.
Watch out for illusions. Magic tricks draw attention because of what the conscious eyes do not perceive. It’s the subconscious eye that sees right through the trick.
Don’t discount your personal worth because of pressures to balance life and work. This pressure only brings unnecessary anxiety and uncomfortable pain. Don’t let it linger too long and be quick to transform “adjourning” emotion to “a journey” in motion!
