    これからは組織や仕事の目的と個の尊重で動機づけする「共感・支援型」のリーダーシップが求められます。- I sincerely celebrate having women in leadership. I also support equal pay for equal work. The old customs assume that only men are the “bread winners” of the family.

    I know some families where the woman has a full time job and the husband is a stay at home dad. I personally do not hold any bias towards family choices. I recognize the unique perspectives and grit that women bring to the workplace. Ideas that I never would have considered come to the surface and I encourage women to challenge the “old way of doing things.”

    There is so much more that we can accomplish together through cooperation and support of each other. I have very little tolerance for men who are biased against women in the workforce. I especially dislike it when men try to dictate what women can wear in and out of the office. If the dress code at your company demands that women wear a dress or skirt, we should speak up to change these “sexist” policies!
